There are rumors that Samsung Unpacked will announce the Galaxy S23 series soon. It appears that Samsung Colombia may have jumped a little bit on the announcement by confirming the Galaxy S23 launch date on the Unpacked page a little bit early.
This version was initially rumored to launch in late February, however, the event is scheduled for February 1 according to Samsung’s official Colombia website.
The teaser doesn’t show much, but it does show the new camera design and pictures of leaves and lilacs in the corner, which could be the names of the colors that have been rumored to be coming out.
Throughout the past few weeks, renders of the Galaxy S23 series have begun to surface, each of which features a lens modeled after the S22 Ultra.
Yesterday, official-looking renders of this version and Galaxy S23 Ultra leaked online, revealing everything from the colors to the design: Phantom Black, Botanic Green, Cotton Flower, and Misty Lilac

The specs for the phone have not yet been released in full. However, according to rumors, the S23 Ultra may have a 200MP camera sensor. All of this is done to provide better night shots and more detail.
The 50MP primary camera lens on the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus is said to have a better lens. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will be available in all three models worldwide, likely ending Exynos in Europe.
The Galaxy S23 release date is not too far off, as Galaxy Unlocked begins on February 1. We will soon have access to all of Samsung’s forthcoming products. Keep an eye out for our complete report.
