On February 1, 2023, Samsung will release the brand-new Galaxy S23 series. Another leak comes from a reputable tipster named Ahmed Qwaider and suggests that Samsung plans to use DDR5X RAM in the Galaxy S23 lineup. DDR5X RAM is significantly faster than the DDR5 type currently used in the Galaxy S22.
The DDR5X RAM uses less power, which may extend the device’s battery life. Apple may use DDR5X memory in addition to the Galaxy S23 for the iPhone 15 Pro that will be released next year and possibly for the Ultra model that has been rumored.
This phone is said to come with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, 512GB RAM, and 1TB of storage, in addition to the RAM specifications.
In the meantime, the Galaxy S23 phone smartphones will arrive with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, respectively.
