There are numerous reasons to require a mobile laptop. It’s safer than public Wi-Fi, but maybe you don’t want to be on Starbucks’ mailing list. Because, you know, it’s 2023, and connecting to the internet shouldn’t be something you have to think about, maybe all you want is the convenience of always being connected.
Therefore, if you are considering purchasing a Samsung Galaxy PC with 5G or LTE capabilities, you will see this. Although Samsung produces several excellent laptops, its selection is not nearly as extensive as that of larger OEMs like HP, Dell, and Lenovo.
Samsung’s most recent and most excellent products are at the top of our list. The Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 is the item. It was stated that sales of this new Windows convertible would begin in 2023 and that it would offer 5G as an option. Even though a 5G version is not yet available, we would be remiss not to include it on the list.
Apart from the 5G connectivity, this device has a lot of things we like. The CPUs under the hood is the most crucial component. This Samsung convertible has the best in class from Intel, which is at present the thirteenth-era Intel Center central processor. The Intel Core i7-1360P CPU in this model has a crazy 12 cores and 16 threads, making it great for multitasking and any productivity task.
Galaxy Book 3 Pro
- Aside from that, the Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360’s AMOLED display is better than ever. It has a 16-inch screen, a new 120Hz refresh rate, and a resolution of 3K.
- Additionally, the aspect ratio has been increased to 16:10, allowing you to perform more multitasking while browsing the internet.
- For a 16-inch device, the ports and overall weight are also excellent. It has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB Type-A port, HDMI, a headphone jack, a microSD card slot, and a weight of 3.7 pounds.
Another product in Samsung’s lineup that supports 5G is the older Galaxy Book Pro 360. The 5G model only weighs 2.43 pounds, whereas the Wi-Fi-only model weighs 2.29 pounds. This one has Intel’s older 11th-generation processors. It is lightweight and thin, and it can also convert. This means you can use it to draw, write notes, and do other things. Note even though this gadget arrives in a 15-inch model, 5G is just accessible in the 13.3-inch model.
Across the two models, however, you’ll get an FHD AMOLED show. The display is only 1920 x 1080 in resolution and has a 16:9 aspect ratio; consequently, it is not nearly as large or sharp as the more recent Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360. However, this is the only premium Samsung 5G laptop you can currently purchase because that model is not yet available. It will still be excellent for basic web browsing and multimedia, but the CPU’s age of two years means that it is not ideal for more complex tasks such as video editing.
Samsung Galaxy Book Go
The Samsung Galaxy Book Go is worth looking into if you want a laptop that weighs less than three pounds and costs less than $350. However, if you want the 5G model, you’ll have to pay more for that. Although the Samsung Galaxy Book Go 5G costs $800, it offers significantly more features than the Wi-Fi-only base model. Indeed, it is one of the lowest-priced 5G laptops available, if not the lowest-priced 5G laptop.
Samsung Galaxy Laptops-3
- It comes with a much more expensive ARM processor, the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 instead of the Snapdragon 7c Gen 2.
- Additionally, rather than having 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage, it has 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, ensuring that the laptop does not suffer from memory limitations.
- It comes with 5G connectivity and a more powerful chipset, double the RAM, and double the storage. This indicates that you are constantly seamlessly connected to the internet.
When it comes to laptops made by Samsung Galaxy 5G, that’s all for now. As can be seen, Samsung does not offer a lot of 5G laptops in the United States. Outside of the United States, there are numerous other options, including the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 5G version and the Galaxy Book 2 Go. The only new model that is coming is the Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 with 5G. Other than that, there is the existing Galaxy Book Pro 360 5G and the older Galaxy Book Go 5G. The Galaxy Book 2 Go is a laptop powered by the Snapdragon 7c+ Gen 3 with just 4GB of RAM and 128GB of eUFS storage. As a result, its hardware is not the most impressive. The Galaxy Book Pro 5G, on the other hand, has 256GB of storage, 8GB of RAM, and Intel Core i5 CPUs from the 12th generation.
