The latest features will allow you to track your sleeping habit and user sleep score to provide a clearer snapshot of the prior night’s rest, followed by related metrics like sleep phases, snoring hours and blood oxygen levels.

A personalized Heart Rate Zone has been added to Galaxy Watch’s various tailored running tools. It includes five optimal workout intensity levels (warm-up, fat burn, cardio, hard training and max. effort). It will help you to track your cardio and fat-burn effects.
Samsung Safety features are there for better security
When you have a Samsung device along with you then you don’t have to worry about security and safety. One UI 5 Watch also offers improved tools for greater peace of mind. Updates to the SOS feature enable direct communication to an emergency service number to relay information on the wearer’s location and also allow immediate access to the wearer’s Medical Information once an SOS is activated.
The Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 users are now able to get the Fall Detection feature by default. According to the official information, Samsung One UI 5 Watch will be available first in the upcoming Galaxy Watch series in the second half of this year.
